General Information
Certain information is gathered automatically when you access our Web site. This general information (e.g., the pages you visited, the type of browser you used, your operating system, and the domain name of your Internet service provider) does not identify you personally.

To save you time, Baskits may transfer the personal information you provide on our registration form to third parties. These third parties will then populate their own Web site registration forms when you hyperlink from our site to theirs. "Pre-Population" Information
When you provide personal information at a third-party Web site then visit www.baskits.ca, or when you hyperlink from our site to a third party Web site, Baskits may obtain personal information (pursuant to an agreement between Baskits and that third party), and use it to populate our site registration forms. This will save you time by not having to fill the forms out twice.


Shared Registration Information
When you set up a personal account at www.baskits.ca, you may be given the opportunity to register simultaneously with certain third-party Web sites. Unless you decline this opportunity by checking or clicking on the indicated icon, you will have consented to this simultaneous registration. "Perfect" security does not exist anywhere, including the Internet. When you send credit card information to www.baskits.ca, we use a technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt this information between your computer and our server. You may be able to access certain information about third-party goods or services via www.baskits.ca, or via links. You understand and agree that your access to, or use of, outside merchants is a matter entirely between you and the associated third parties, and Baskits shall have no liability whatsoever for any such access or use.


Deleting Your Personal Account


To delete your personal Baskits account, e-mail us at info@baskits.ca. Be sure to type "CANCEL" in the subject line. You may continue to receive e-mail communications for a short period of time until we have updated all of our databases. Your personal information may remain on our archived database and records for a reasonable time after you cancel your account.
