In 1759, Guinness beer was founded by Arthur Guinness in Dublin, Ireland where he signed a 9000-year lease on a dilapidated brewery. In 1799, Guinness decided to stop brewing ale to focus solely on perfecting porter, a black beer from London with the most colourful flavours. Guinness began exporting its famous black beer across the globe. With Guinness’ rich history, it brings us to the present day where they have gone to extraordinary lengths to continue bring the world exceptional beer. However, that’s not where it ends! Guinness is always experimenting and innovating in true pioneering style to develop more and more unique brews.
In the spirit of the celebrations, we’re exciting to be featuring Guinness in our St Patrick’s Day collection.
